do you have any new client deals?

WE DO!! Every New Client is eligible for the New Client 3PK for $30 or a Single Class for $25. Next, you can purchase a One Month Unlimited for $99. This is typically purchased after the New Client 3PK, however, if you would like to jump right in with the unlimited please reach out to us. PLEASE elect to receive email notifications within your MINDBODY account to receive IMPORTANT reservation confirmations, this is extremely important for waitlist notifications.

how should i prepare myself of the workout?

We say walking through the door is the hardest part. Once you are there you are in good hands. Remember to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time so your coach can give you an overview of the machine and the method, demo exercises you will be doing during that class and give you other helpful safety information to fully prepare you for your first class.

i am new to the fitness scene, will i be able to do the workout?

We are excited you are doing something for YOU! It will be one of the hardest/intense workouts of your life, but your coach and team are there to motivate you and to assist with modifications to ensure you are doing the moves in the most efficient and effective way. Since this workout does incorporate a lot of intensity we highly recommend you are able to hold a plank for 1 minute.

what is your cancellation policy?

Due to a limited number of machines we have a 12 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel prior (aka "early cancel") to 12 hours before class starts your class credit will go back into your account. If can after the 12 hour (late cancel) window you will lose your class credit. If you are on a monthly unlimited package and late cancel you will be charged a late fee of $25.

will this workout challenge me?

Absolutely! If you are looking for one of the hardest workouts of your life but also one of the safest, this workout is perfect for you. Every class is intended to break down your slow twitch muscle fibers to complete failure so they can rebuild leaner and stronger. Our slogan is “Embrace The Shake” for a reason. Your legs, abs, arms, and obliques will start to shake and burn in ways you have never experienced before. We dare you to come take on the Megaformer!

will i see results?

Guaranteed!! We promise that if you take COREO•OLOGY 3x a week for a month, your body will be leaner, stronger, and more defined.

how will i feel after my first class?

You will feel a unique sore from fatiguing and breaking down muscles you didn't even know you had. The first day you will be sore, but we promise when you laugh or sneeze the second day you will be thinking of us. It is important to fuel those muscles; eat lean protein and drink lots of water. Your body will start to CRAVE the soreness.

do you offer any discounts/promotions/incentives?

Absolutely! Follow us on Instagram + Facebook @coreology.co, as well as sign up for our monthly newsletter to hear about upcoming challenges, discounts off classes + apparel. We also have a student discount available. If you bring your student ID card in you will receive $15 classes.

do you have a bridal package?

We do….to prepare you to say I Do. We have a "Get Fit to be Fitted" package that includes a discounted monthly unlimited for 3-6 months, a Bachelorette group class with complimentary mimosas and a shout out on our social media account on your BIG Day.

do you offer privates/group class/corporate events?

We do offer individual private sessions, duets and private group sessions. You would just need to contact us directly to purchase and schedule based on our coaches availability. We do corporate team events as well. We are pretty flexible, if you have an idea run it by us!

what should i bring + wear to class?

•Wear clothes you are comfortable sweating and working out in.
•Bring a water bottle, however, we have Bottle Water for $1 in our self-serving cafe.
•We have a no cell phone policy during class- we want you to have 50 minutes dedicated to YOU!
•Towels will be provided
•Toe socks or no socks. You can wear grip socks which are available for purchase or go completely barefoot.

how many days a week should i come to class?

We recommend coming to class 3-4x a week to see optimal results, but you know your body best - listen to it!

can i transfer class credits to friends or family?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any class packages to be transferred to others.

what happens if i am late for class?

New Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class so your coach can go over the machine + method and learn about your fitness background. If you do not show up for your First class 15 minutes prior to the class start time, the coach has the right to turn you away. This is for your safety, which is important to us. If you are a returning client, we give you a 5 minute buffer. If you arrive later than 5 minutes to class, your machine can be given away and the doors will be locked.

how do i get on/off the waitlist?

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist! Registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. When scheduling, choose Yes, Add me to the Waitlist. IMPORTANT: It is assumed that putting yourself on the waitlist means you WANT to take that class if you can get into it. If you no longer want a spot in the class you need to remove yourself from the class/waitlist 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself, it will be a Late Cancel. All waitlists close 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you are signed up for the waitlist and do not get added to the class, the class will be credited back to your account for future use. Please be sure to select in your MINDBODY ACCOUNT to receive alerts and notifications as you will receive an email notifying you that you were added from the waitlist.
